HIGH QUALITY BALING WIRE
New Metal’s annealed wire is of the highest quality. They are obtained by annealing heat treatment, which gives the drawn wire the properties required for its use, in particular high ductility.
Smooth wire is subjected to a special annealing to improve its performance. Easy to cut and bend, it is used in the recycling industries, where clamping is essential.
Which are the advantages of the high quality wire?
- This wire is based on a different raw material, with a result of a higher elongation (>38%) and a tensile of 350-400 Mpa. Used for plastic and other materials with an important expansion.
- It is widely used for high expansion materials, such as certain plastics.
